The industrial utility installation near Kolkata required custom pipe racks, support frames, brackets, and base assemblies coordinated with multiple service routes. Loads, elevations, clearances, connection points, and actual site constraints informed the fabrication approach.
Each support was produced against coordinated drawings through cutting, drilling, fit-up, welding, and identification marking. Assemblies were tagged for installation, and site modification support was considered where existing structures or field conditions required controlled adjustment.
Dimensional verification covered base plates, bracket positions, centre lines, levels, welds, and connection holes before dispatch. The completed supports provided an organised and dependable system for utility routing and future maintenance access.
