MS and SS Process Platforms

This Haldia fabrication package combined access, safety, and maintainability requirements for industrial process areas. Platform elevations, equipment clearances, operating routes, and maintenance access were considered while coordinating mild-steel and stainless-steel components. The work included supporting frames, platforms, gratings, ladders, handrails, toe guards, and connection details. Materials were segregated appropriately, components were fabricated to controlled dimensions, and assemblies were prepared in sections suitable for transportation and site installation. Inspection focused on platform geometry, weld finish, railing continuity, ladder alignment, grating support, and surface treatment. The completed assemblies provided safer access and practical maintenance support while fitting the available process-area conditions.
