Industrial Factory Foundation Works

This industrial civil package was planned to create a stable base for production equipment, structural loads, and regular factory movement. The work required coordination between foundation levels, RCC pedestals, floor zones, service routes, and drainage requirements within an active industrial programme. Execution covered setting-out, excavation control, reinforcement placement, formwork, concreting, pedestal alignment, industrial flooring, and supporting drainage work. Each stage was coordinated with the relevant drawings and site conditions so that civil interfaces remained ready for subsequent structural and equipment installation. Quality checks focused on dimensions, levels, reinforcement, concrete placement, surface finish, and drainage flow. The completed work provided a practical and durable foundation system suited to the operational requirements of the Kharagpur facility.
