Project Overview
Engineering delivery with accountable execution.
This warehouse development in Howrah required the site to be prepared for building construction, vehicle circulation, utility access, and reliable stormwater management. Existing ground conditions, finished levels, movement routes, and future operational loads were considered while planning the work.
The scope included clearing, grading, controlled filling, compaction, internal road formation, drainage channels, and supporting utility infrastructure. Activities were sequenced to keep access available and to reduce interference between earthwork, drainage, and construction teams working across the site.
Level surveys, compaction control, slope checks, and drainage-flow verification supported the quality process. The completed development created an organised, serviceable site platform suitable for warehouse construction and day-to-day logistics operations.
