Industrial Flooring and Drainage

The Haldia facility required a robust flooring and drainage solution for production areas exposed to regular movement, equipment loads, cleaning, and industrial operating conditions. Floor levels and drainage routes needed careful coordination to avoid water collection and operational disruption. Work included base preparation, level control, reinforcement where required, panel planning, concrete placement, finishing, trench construction, drain connections, and improvements around equipment zones. Execution was organised in manageable areas to coordinate access and maintain continuity around ongoing site activities. Quality control focused on thickness, levels, slopes, surface consistency, construction joints, trench alignment, and discharge flow. The finished system provides a durable working surface with more dependable collection and movement of process and stormwater.
